Harbor Anchor Rules (Blackjack-style)
- ⚓ Goal: Get closer to 21 than the Harbor Master without going over
- 🃏 Card Values: Number cards = face value, Face cards = 10, Ace = 1 or 11
- 🎯 Blackjack: Ace + 10-value card on first two cards wins 2.5x bet
- 🌊 Draw Card: Take another card to increase your total
- ⛵ Hold: Keep your current hand and let the Harbor Master play
- 💥 Bust: Going over 21 means instant loss
- 🎲 Harbor Master Rule: Must draw on 16 or less, must hold on 17 or more
- 🏆 Winning: Beat the dealer without busting = 2x bet
